Paying For College

Dependent Child Fee Courtesy

Dependent children (under 24 years of age) of full-time (100%) university employees are eligible for Dependent Child Fee Courtesy. The benefits are equivalent to one-half of tuition each semester until receiving a baccalaureate degree or accumulating 140 credit hours.

Employee Fee Courtesy

Full time (100%) university employees are eligible for Employee Fee Courtesy. Employee Fee Courtesy pays the resident rate for the first 3 credit hours and half of the resident rate for the second 3 credit hours per semester. Part time and hourly employees are not eligible for fee courtesy.

Spouse Fee Courtesy

Spouses of full-time (100%) university employees are eligible for reduction of fees equal to half of 3 credit hours at the undergraduate resident rate.

To apply for Fee Courtesy an initial application needs to be filed with the Human Resources
